Your first visit, step by step

A first visit takes about an hour.

  1. Step 1: Request a visit

Send the form or call. Tell us a day that suits you and how you would like us to reply.

  2. Step 2: We check your benefits

If you have dental insurance, our front desk checks your plan's benefits and tells you what the plan says it covers before you come in.

  3. Step 3: Fill in your forms

Your health history and consent forms are in the practice's own secure portal, not on this website. Paper forms are at the front desk if you prefer them.

  4. Step 4: Your exam

Your dentist looks at your teeth and gums, takes X-rays if they decide you need them and goes through what they found.

  5. Step 5: Your plan, in writing

You leave with a written plan and estimate for any treatment, and time to ask questions before you decide.

Fill in your new-patient forms

Complete your health history before you arrive. The forms open in the practice's own secure portal.

What should I bring?

Your insurance card if you have one, a photo ID and a list of the medicines you take. If you have recent dental X-rays, bring them or ask your previous office to send them.

Do I enter medical details on this website?

No. Our contact form asks for no medical details. Your health history goes on the forms in the practice's own secure portal.

Can you request my records from my last dentist?

Yes. Give us your previous practice's contact information and your written permission, and we will ask for your records before your first visit.

Ready to book a first visit?

Tell us a good time and how to reach you. We'll take it from there.
